Rules of Participation

Win a Coyote BBQ contest is presented by JC PERREAULT (« the organizer »). It takes place on the Internet from April 5 2021 00h00 a.m. (ET) to May 24 11h59 p.m.  (the «duration of the contest»)

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to any person residing in Québec who, at the time of entry, is eighteen (18) years of age or older, except for the employees of the organizer JC PERREAULT and Their advertising and promotional agencies associated with this contest, their suppliers, an employee or a subcontractor, as well as, respectively, any person with whom such employee or representative is domiciled or any member of his « immediate family ». HOW TO PARTICIPATE

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To participate, the participant must register through the contest website, complete the online entry form and validate it as indicated. All data entry fields on the entry form must be completed, except where indicated that the information is optional.

A Contest entrant may submit only one (1) entry form during the Contest Period. A Contest entrant may use only one (1) e-mail address (which must be valid) to enter from the Contest website. One (1) participant per entry form. One (1) e-mail address may not be used by more than one (1) entrant. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person who transgresses or attempts to violate the rules of this contest.

PRICE

The following price is offered: A Coyote BBQ valued at $1699 (model C1C28LPFS). The organizer reserves the right to modify at any time the description, the nature and the approximate value of the price choices mentioned above.

DRAW

The draw will take place in the offices of JC Perreault on May 25 at 10:00 a.m. One (1) ballot will be drawn at random from all eligible ballots received. Any selected entrant will be notified by email. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must have correctly answered the mathematical skill-testing question that appeared on the online entry form, without assistance of any kind, including mechanics. In the event that the entrant does not respond to the organizer’s email within two (2) business days of May 27, 2021, the entrant will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected from all entry forms Remaining. The organizer and other recipients of the exemption will not be responsible for entries that are illegible, incomplete, mutilated, lost, routed to the wrong address or late, which ballot papers will be void. The Régie des alcools, races et des jeux du Québec is in no way related to this contest and can not be held responsible in any way for any question related to this contest.

APPLICABLE LAWS

A dispute as to the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools des courses et des jeux for resolution. A dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purposes of an intervention in an attempt to resolve the dispute.

All entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to comply with these rules.
